I have a specific injury or chronic pain. Can you help?

This is exactly what 1:1 sessions excel at. With nearly 10 years of experience and specialized training, I have worked with countless clients managing injuries, chronic conditions, and post-surgical recovery. We work within your body's limits while gently expanding what is possible.

What should I wear?

Comfortable, form-fitting clothing that allows you to move freely. Grip socks are required.

How is this different from group reformer classes?

In a group class, the instructor teaches a pre-planned sequence to everyone. In our 1:1 session, every single movement is chosen specifically for your body and goals. I can make real-time adjustments, answer your questions thoroughly, and ensure your form is perfect. My group classes are always waitlisted because of the quality of instruction - imagine that same quality focused entirely on you.

What if I cannot make my appointment?

Life happens. I ask for 24 hours notice for cancellations so I can offer the slot to someone on my waitlist. With proper notice, we will reschedule easily.

Do you offer packages?

Yes, but I recommend starting with a single session to make sure we are a good fit. After your first session, we can discuss package options if you want to continue.
